Quality assurance and improvement is at the heart of all Hosiden Besson activity, and we offer an appropriate warranty on all our manufactured products. Our aim is to achieve a zero defective rate for output. Hosiden Besson is fully certified to ISO 9001, and has held ISO certification since 1986.

- Quality assurance procedures are implemented at every stage of product design, development and manufacture, from inception through the entire product lifecycle
- All our design processes are stage-gated to ensure each step of the design process is appropriately tested and verified
- Accelerated life testing ensures that products are appropriately tested against future wear and deterioration
- Periodic testing procedures are implemented to ensure that manufacturing output standards are maintained
Additionally, Hosiden Besson has developed manufacturing processes in accordance with the demands of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) for the automotive industry, and hold IATF 16949 certification.
These objectives are achieved by ensuring that all our employees are aware of their quality responsibilities.
