INTRINSICALLY SAFE FLASHDOME LED BEACON

 

I.S.FlashDome is an Intrinsically Safe signalling beacon for use as a visual fire, security or other incident alert within a hazardous area. The product is part of a range of intrinsically safe sounders and beacons manufactured by Hosiden Besson Ltd of Hove, England.

Certified to ATEX and IEC Ex, the I.S. FlashDome is designed for use in Zones 0, 1 and 2 at ambient temperatures between -40°C and 70°C with a T4 rating (-40°C to +40°C with a T5 rating) when supplied via an approved 28v 300Ω Zener barrier or galvanic isolator.

Up to three I.S. FlashDomes may be connected to a single 28v 300Ω barrier.

I.S. FlashDomes flash once a second and when connected to a common barrier will remain in synchronisation for more than 30 minutes.
