VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION TESTING
Hosiden Besson has a comprehensive package of test suited and tailored to our customer needs but backed up by our own internal high quality requirements. This program of tests and controls is determined through the HBL’s Product Realisation Process and Liaison with the customer.
A detailed failure modes and effect analysis from goods inwards through to final packing define the controls we put in place. Testing is split into product approval tests, batch testing, SPC process checks and 100% product hardware, software and acoustic product verification.
Typical product approval tests:
- CMM measurement
- Electrical
- In-house anechoic chamber
- Functional
- Accelerated Life
- EMC Pre-Compliance
- Environmental:
- temperature and humidity cycling
- bump and shock
- vibration and drop
- storage
- bend and pull tests
- mechanical reliability
- testing of packaging
And other tests relevant to customers’ requirements.
