Project management is governed by the company’s new product development procedures which detail the product stages, reviews and checklists. A dedicated team is assigned to each project and it is this team that deals with all aspects of the project and reports regularly to Senior Management on progress.

HBL have significant purchasing power and as a result are able to source acoustic, electronic and mechanical parts.
Prototyping
HBL has invested in 3D printing technology; this in-house facility allows us to prototype concepts and working models within a matter of hours.
